Do you still have endless questions about the on-campus registration on September 18th? Don’t know what to do, and how to do? You will find the answers in this guide. Please read carefully, and come to the campus for registration following the instructions.

# 前置条件：完成线上报到

Pre-requisite: you’ve registered online already

来校报到的新生均应已在reg.ruc.edu.cn完成线上报到。如未完成线上报到，则视为放弃入学资格，不受理来校报到。

All 2020 international students should have finished the online registration atreg.ruc.edu.cn in advance. If you did not register online, you will be regarded as giving up the admission, and your on-campus registration will not be accepted.

If you have got on-campus accommodation...

那么你最早可预约于9月17日到校。进入校园后，找到国际文化交流中心（见地图红色五角星处），进门右转到公寓前台，办理入住手续即可。

You can make an appointment to come to the campus no earlier than September 17th. On arrival at the campus, find the International Culture Exchange Center (red star on the map), enter and turn right to the front desk, and check in there.

9月18日来校报到

9月18日到校后，找到国际文化交流中心（见地图红色五角星处），进门右转走到里面，找到留学生办公室开始报到手续。

On arrival at the campus on September 18th, find the International Culture Exchange Center (red star on the map), enter and turn right and pass the front desk to the International Students Office to start the registration procedures.

当场填写《流行性疾病调查表》、《安全告知书》和《2020年秋季留学生新生开学注册流程单》。

Complete the Epidemic Disease Survey, Safety Notice and Registration Procedure Form for New International Students 2020 Fall.

购买来华留学保险。届时将有保险公司的工作人员在现场收缴费用、办理手续。保险费用为一年800元人民币。

Buy International Students Insurance. You can pay for the insurance on site and the staff from the insurance company will assist you. The insurance will cost you 800 RMB per year.

自行前往财务处（见地图8号崇德东楼，在一层大厅）缴纳学费。奖学金（如中国政府奖学金、孔子学院奖学金等）中包含学费的、获得北京市政府新生奖学金全额奖学金的、以及已提前完成缴纳学费步骤的，可跳过这一步。

Find the Financial Office (1st floor, East Wing of Chongde Building) and pay the tuition fee. For scholarship students, if your scholarship covers the tuition fee (e.g. CGS, CIS, Beijing Municipal City Full Scholarship, etc.), you can go directly to the next step. For those who have already paid the full amount of tuition fee online in advance can also skip this step.

缴费成功后，回到留学生办公室，办理签证。届时将有签证代办工作人员在现场收缴费用、办理手续。代办费为150元每人次，签证费用以出入境管理局规定为准。

Go back to the International Students Office after tuition fee payment and check your visa status with us. There will be staff member from the visa agency at the spot who will charge the agent fee and help you with the procedure. The agent fee will be 150 RMB per person. The visa fee is subject to regulations of Bureau of Exit and Entry Administration.

所有在华学生都应将现持签证换为学习类居留许可，不得持其他类型签证在华学习。

Allinternational students in China shall get a residence permit (study). You arenot allowed to study in China with any other type of visa.

根据《入学通知单》上的信息，前往各自的学院完成入学手续。

Follow the instructions on Letter of Admission to School, go to your own school and complete the admission procedure.
