Working experiences and achievements: Dr. YANG has served as the Assistant President of HDFH and the Executive Dean of HDFH Institute. He now works as Senior Research Fellow in FinTech Institute at Renmin University of China and Senior Research Fellow at Tencent Financial Research Institute. Dr. YANG has frequently participated in the policy consultation meeting of local governments, including those of Chengdu, Shenzhen and Guiyang. Dr. YANG has been in charge of eight FinTech and digital transition projects, including the credit card project of China Everbright Bank, the digital transition project of Yancheng Rural Commercial Bank and Zhengtong Auto.

Academic achievements: Since 2016, Dr. YANG has published 4 important works on Fintech and Blockchain Finance as the subeditor. He has presided over a great number of important research projects and Fintech index compilation projects proposed by governments, financial institutions, enterprises and academic organizations of universities. Dr. YANG has published a large quantity of articles in CSSCI journals and China Daily.
